The Fendi Baguette is back!

According to the New York Post, the Fendi Baguette is back! The handbag gained what we thought might have been its 15 minutes of fame during the "Sex in the City" era. Carrie Bradshaw's Fendi baguette collection caught the attention of fashionistas worldwide. The more popular they became, the more ripped off which led to the decline.

Since Fendi celebrated the Baguette's 15 year anniversary this year, celebrities and fashionistas are bringing their baguettes out of the closet! This handbag comes in so many different designs, there is something for everyone. Check out how they were styled at the anniversary party here!

Punk and grotesque aesthetics are paired with luxury and sophistication successfully causing Thomas Wylde to receive international attention. Miss Paula Thomas is the visionary and driving force behind the brand. She was invited to bring her talents to Givenchy but decided to pursue her own aspirations which launched Thomas Wylde in 2006.

Thomas Wylde has gained the approval of so many celebrities like Angelina Jolie, Sienna Miller, Heidi Klum, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, and Rihanna. After seeing Miss Thomas's designs, I can see why everyone loves these handbags! They are the iconic leather jacket in the form of a handbag. They get us in touch with our rebel side. The Great Gatsby Roaring Twenties Style

Everyone is buzzing about the highly anticipated remake of The Great Gatsby which is a film based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's critically acclaimed classic American novel. The movie comes to theatres on May 10th. As excited as we are to see this novel come to life on screen again, we cannot wait to see the costumes! The costumes were brought to life by director Catherine Martin and Miuccia Prada!

Spring Jackets and Blazers

Spring is here! This is a fantastic transition season to have fun with our wardrobes. We can mix our fall and summer layers to create looks that will be stylish and practical enough to keep us comfortable all day long from the warm sunny afternoon to a chilly night. Revivals owner Robin says, "If you can't find a handbag in this store right now, you are not really looking for one." The spring season is in full swing here at Revivals and the boutique is full of goodies. There is something for everyone!

It did not take me long to find my favorite. This is the Lanvin Moon River tote from the Pre-SS13 collection. I am absolutely obsessed with cobalt blue accessories this season and I'm thinking this is the ultimate tote for spring. It features gorgeous croc embossed calfskin leather with a turquoise trim and subtle gold tone hardware details. I love the oceanic feel. Roomy and chic, this is the perfect luxury travel tote for the stylish jet setter!

You do not want to take away from these amazing blues by getting too matchy matchy when you are styling. Find colors to contrast and compliment the handbag. Sometimes you hear a song in a restaurant and you absolutely need to know what it is! The Shazam app for smartphones was created so you could find out. Do you ever see an outfit and you need to know where you can get it?? The masterminds behind Shazam are working on an app to identify clothing worn on TV. No more intense Google searches and online forums to find the fashion we love. Are you excited or are you going to miss the hunt? (Telegraph)

Parker Beaded Blouse as seen on Real Housewives - SOLD

It's official! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are wearing our favorite pieces here at Revivals! Our consignors really are this fabulous! Above you will see a beautiful beaded silk blouse by Parker. On the episode, "Moroccan Madness", none other but the beautiful Yolanda Foster was wearing this Parker top! She looked absolutely stunning and in my opinion, the best dressed!

This amazing top is a mauve sheer silk. The silver beading is in a sunburst design from the waist in the front and back. It has loose shorts sleeves and a drawstring ribbon detail in the front. There is elastic in the back for a perfect cinch at the waist. You can dress this up for a cocktail party or down for a dinner date!

We often get a few Parker pieces here at Revivals. Based out of New York, Parker makes beautiful, red carpet worthy designs for women. Their beaded dresses, tops and jackets are exceptional.
